Dear Customers,
We have been heavily effected by the poor weather conditions and as a result were forced to close from Thursday 21st – Tuesday 26th. We have been unable to answer emails or telephone calls during this period. We expect to be open as usual from now on but have a limited workforce for the next day or two.
We are now working on catching up with a backlog of customer orders and questions. We will deal with them in the order we received them.
We apologise for this drop in our service and ask for your understanding and patience during this situation.
We have not received our weekly plant order this week so if you had placed a plant order that contained out of stock plants there is likely to be a further one week delay.
As we’ve said we are working through each order and will update each customer individually in turn.
